Raw Linseed oil is a pure unadulterated oil, whereas danish oil is a blend. RLO is a very light finish in that sense and danish oil is a thicker finish having additives. RLO dries slower and has less protection where Danish Oil dries faster with a better protection. RLO is food safe, danish oil is not. Tung Oil Finish is to Tung Oil what Raw Linseed Oil is to Danish Oil
