All products are compatible as long as they are thin enough. Products that tend to function through seepage into the wood are less advisable because if overapplication occurs, they will not dry very easily leading to unfavourable results. Therefore we recommend either using Waxes, Mineral oil, Teak oil or Hardwax Oil.

Application - Unpainted wood furniture such as benches, chairs, tables, etc.

Products that fall under the “finish” category are good with this use case with a drying oil base. This includes Raw Linseed Oil, Tung Oil, Shellac, Danish Oil, Hardwax Oil, Teak Oil and Tung Oil Finish. Mineral Oil, and waxes are not advisable as a finish.
